Broker Information:

    John Lemkau is the Broker and Owner of USA Realty and Loans.  He is a veteran of the real estate and mortgage industry and has personally closed over 350 real estate and loan transactions.  He had been involved in the teaching of loan origination for over 10 years, and has trained hundred's of real estate agents.

    He holds a MBA in finance, and has taught business classes at local universities.  John firmly believes that all real estate agents should be trained as loan officers and should be able to offer that service to their clients.  John's philosophy is, "My agents are my clients".
