A. We are an independent network of 750+ agents and brokers throughout California that specializes in both Real Estate and Mortgages. Our agents are home based, which lowers our company expenses, and allows us to pay our agents higher commission splits.
Q. How often are the loan training classes taught?
A. We offer weekly on-line webinars and training videos that you can access 24/7.
Q. What is required to join USA Realty and Loans?
A. You must have a valid California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker's license.
Q. What will it cost to get started?
A. There are NO startup fees. However, you may want to place an order for business cards, and For Sale and Open House Signs.
Q. What are the total fees on Real Estate Transactions?
A. On real estate transactions, there is a $395 admin fee. Your E&O insurance is covered as part of this admin fee. Additionally, you are required to use our inhouse Transaction Coordinators on all real estate transactions. The fee for this is $395 and can get billed to your client or paid from your commission check.
Q. What are the total fees on Loans?
A. You do not have any fees on loans. However, your clients are charged a $295 Admin Fee and a $695 loan processing fee as part of their normal closing costs. You are required to use our inhouse loan processors on all your loans. We do this to ensure that all files meet DRE compliance.
Q. When do I get paid?
A. We pay the same day that we receive the check from escrow, providing that all files have been cleared through compliance. You can come by the office or have your check overnighted. You will be paid as an Independent Contractor, and will receive a 1099 at the end of the year.
Q. What about signs and business cards?
A. All USA Realty and Loans agents must use our trademark name and logo on all promotional/marketing material. We have agreements with business card, envelope, letterhead and sign companies. You will receive all ordering forms upon sign up. To see what our "For Sale" sign looks like, click here.
Q. Can I negotiate sales commissions for my clients?
A. Yes, you determine the total fee's for all your transactions. You are free to discount or rebate a portion of your commission on real estate and you determine the rates and commissions for your loans. This pricing freedom should help you be extremely competitive in today's marketplace.
Q. Can I get broker support when I need it?
A. Yes, the company broker, John Lemkau is available 8:30 to 5:00, Monday to Friday to help with any questions you might have. His philosophy is, "My agents are my clients".
